Let’s talk about this Unconventional Materials Challenge.
This look is going to be pretty exciting and crafty. I love to imagine new ways to make things and make them happen.
I know I will use my love of painting in this look. I have painted leather for one other look of the show, but the paper challenge will be more like a blank canvas.
My old friend paper mache will be accompanying me on the creation of this look. The last time I used the paper mache technique was when a friend and I tried to make our own dress forms. MESSY…but fun.
I’m thinking this look will be the finale of my show. I might go with fashion/couture tradition and make it a wedding look finale, but haven’t decided yet.
