One day, as I was looking through my September 2013 issue of Vogue magazine, I came across a picture that caught my attention. The image featured guests that had attended Dolce & Gabbana’s masked ball held in Venice at the Palazzo Pisani Moretta. This ultimately inspired me to do a Venetian Carnival theme for the upcoming fashion show. The Venetian Carnival is basically an annual festival, held in Venice, Italy. I’m thrilled to be one of the seven designers selected to participate in Triad Goodwill’s 2014 Rock the Runway fashion show! One of our first tasks was to film a promotional video in downtown Greensboro on a foggy Sunday morning in mid-November.
